We just took this amazing Suhr on trade and started to fall in love - it's the  Mateus Asato Signature Classic S Antique HSS, in the classic color of Shell Pink.  We don't see many Suhr guitars coming, but every time we do, we're thoroughly impressed.  This one especially takes the cake.

In 2013 Mateus Asato received his first Suhr Classic Antique. He would go on to become one of the most inspirational and in-demand guitar players in the world today.  The Mateus Asato Signature Series features the Even C Medium neck profile, which is carved from silky-smooth satin finished Roasted Maple. The Indian Rosewood fingerboard has 9″-12″ compound radius and is appointed with 22 stainless steel heavy frets. A Gotoh 510 tremolo, ML single-coils, and Custom Alnico humbucker complete the specs. It has a special laser-engraved neck plate, Mateus’ signature on the back of the headstock, and black tolex hardshell case.


This one comes in Shell Pink with a lightly distressed finish - it's not a relic, but the finish does have checking and a "muted" appearance.  We were all very impressed by how well Suhr does this.  Sometimes Shell Pink can be a little off-putting, but not this one - it's more subdued and has a classic look.

The neck is super smooth and comfortable to play, and the pickups sound amazing.  It has been vetted and setup by the techs in our repair shop to play perfectly.  It comes with the original hardshell case, fretboard protector and paperwork.  This is a great deal - get it before it's gone!
