Pre Owned Vintage 1969 Teisco Del Rey K3L ET-312 “Shark Fin” Natural With OHSC

We have for your a rare and fantastic vintage piece, a 1969 Teisco Del Rey K3L ET-312 "Shark Fin" guitar!   Iconic and loaded with plenty of funkiness, this is a truly unique guitar with a serious late 60's vibe.  

This guitar features 3 distinct sounding single coil pickups that give you warmth, great bass response, and enough bark, bite, and twang to satifsy! With the ability to turn on and off each pickup you have a wide range of tonal options.  The "Shark Fin" is stylish with its deep dual cutaways for easy access and German carve on the top.  

Enjoy the comfort of its thick "C" neck with a rosewood fingerboard for even more warm tone.  It's not too big, but not so small that your hand cramps up.  It has a really nice vintage feel.  It has a 1 5/8" nut width and 24 5/8" scale length with 22 frets.   Get some truly expressive sounds with its unque tremolo system to give you even more vintage swag and tone.  

This one appears to have been stripped of the original finish, but if so, it was extremely well done.  The original hardshell case is included.  Unfortunately it came to us without a trem arm, and we don't have one on hand that will fit.  This guitar is in excellent condition, especially considering it's from 1969.  It has some wear on the body, as to be expected, but not all that much.  Most importantly, all of the electronics work (kind of rare on these).  It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.  It's a suprisingly smooth playing, great sounding unique piece that you definitely don't see everyday. 

We've never had one of these before, and who knows if we ever will again.  Get it now before it disappers again!
