Vintage 1968 Gibson B-25N Acoustic Guitar
Made during the peak of the folk boom in the 60's, the B-25 is much the same as the Gibson LG-2, which overlapped production of this model. It's finished in the considerably more rare Natural (the "N" in B-25N") finish. This is a nice old small bodied (14 1/4") Gibson flattop, with a solid Spruce top, solid mahogany back, and laminated sides. Other features include multi-ply binding on top, bound back, adjustable rosewood bridge, long tortoise pickguard, thin 1.5" nut width, and Kluson tuners. This one has seen a lot of playing time and looks like a 40-year-old guitar with plenty of finish checking all over the top and back. There are several repaired top cracks. The back and sides have scrapes and dings , but no cracks or breaks. The frets show signs of wear but have plenty of life left in them. The guitar has a good setup and plays well along the entire neck. You will have hours of fun with this little guy weither on the couch or on stage. Comes with a deluxe hard shell case.
