Pre Owned 2023 Martin Limited Edition Eric Clapton D-45 Madagascar Rosewood Acoustic Guitar With OHSC

If you have ever wanted a truly rare and special Martin acoustic, this is absolutely one not to miss. Here is the Martin Custom Shop Limited Edition Eric Clapton D-45.  Built as a very small run as part of the Crossroads Collection, to commemorate the 2023 Crossroads Guitar Festival.  This is an exceptional instrument that is not only incredibly rare, as there were only 25 made, it also features the absolute best that Martin has to offer in construction, tone woods, and features. 

 

This is a painstakingly precise recreation of Eric Clapton's iconic instrument from his Derek and The Dominos era. The D-45 is a dreadnought model that was built with premium Madagascar rosewood back and sides, with a Sitka spruce top.  This body provides full, rich, warm tones that span the acoustic spectrum from pronounced bass to sparkly highs, all with excellent projection.  If you want clarity with a power, a D-45 is truly hard to conquer.  This one especially sounds amazing.  It's also beautiful, with a vibrant high gloss finish that lets the wood grain show nicely.
