Please be sure if paying by PayPal, your account is verified as we only ship to verified PayPal addresses. If paying by credit card, please be aware we only ship to billing addresses of the card used.

We pack everything we ship very well, whether it’s going around the corner or around the world, and everything we ship goes out fully insured. If you receive your item and there appears to be shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Please keep the shipping box and all packing materials.

DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX OR ANY PACKING MATERIAL IF THERE APPEARS TO BE SHIPPING DAMAGE.

Not having these items will void any insurance claim with the carrier. Pictures will be required of the box, packing material and damage to the item. Once they are sent to us, we will start the insurance claim process with the carrier, and will keep you up to date on the progress every step of the way. Please e mail with any questions you may have! We ship all over the USA, shipping price depends on location. We ship by either Fed Ex, or USPS. We do not ship UPS.

Please contact us for a shipping quote and payment options before purchasing. We do NOT ship instruments, amps, or anything internationally via the USPS, only Fed Ex.
