Pre Owned 2004 Willcox Guitars Lightwave Atlantis Thinline Natural Electric Guitar with Gig Bag

Willcox Atlantis Thinline Acoustic-Electric Natural
This is a very lightly used Willcox Lightwave Atlantis Thinline - a guitar you don't see very often. Beyond the intriguing Lightwave system, this is also just a great guitar. You should read more about it now....
The Atlantis is an electric-acoustic model with the Willcox exclusive LightWave optical pickup. Highly sensitive to even the most subtle nuances, the LightWave pickup delivers the true sound of the strings, the instrument, and your playing. Other features of the guitar are a chambered mahogany body, and “C” profile mahogany neck. It has a natural finish over the flame maple top – and is rather beautiful.
The NiMH internal battery that will give you 16 hours of playing time on only a two-hour charge!
This is a very interesting guitar and one that is hard to find. It plays smoothly and of course sounds amazing. It's in excellent condition and has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop. A gig bag is included.
Important Information: This guitar has been set up with D'Addario EJ26 Phosphor Bronze (11-52) acoustic guitar strings. The saddle is cut/ compensated for a wound “G”. If you want different gauge strings, the sensors on the guitar may need to be recalibrated. Lightwave pickups use infrared instead of piezos or magnets. The sensor has to be right in the middle of each string’s cycle or it distorts or loses volume. There are two calibration bolts on top of the system and 6 individual trim pots inside.
