Pre Owned '05 Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass Aged Cherry Burst With OHSC

For just a few years in the early, Fender produced a unique version of the American Deluxe Jazz Bass.  A slightly reduced body size made it super comfortable and a bit different than other Jazz basses.  This one, from 2005, is a super clean example of how awesome this series was and why a lot of players seek them out.  Powerful tone, great versatility and a super smooth neck, not to mention premium appointment, makes this a highly desirable bass. 

22 frets, dual SCN pickups and active electronics - that's what made this a "Deluxe".  The Aged Cherry Burst finish is what caught everyone's eye - it's stunning, and the wood grain shows nicely on the Ash body, which is contoured nicely to allow for easy access to the higher register.  The maple neck with rosewood fretboard is easy to play, and looks great with the abalone inlays, which are a perfect touch to add to the aesthetic of an already beautiful bass.

Everyone on this American Deluxe Jazz Bass is original, and it's in excellent condition.  It's obvious that the previous owner barely played it.  In fact, the control placard and the American flag sticker are both still in place.  The original case is included as well.  The bass has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.  This one is a total winner and it would be near impossible to find one of these in such great shape.  We have a feeling that it go quickly!
