The Martin 000-28EC is based on the Eric Clapton's acoustic, famously played on MTV Unplugged. This beautiful instrument features East Indian Rosewood for the back and sides and a Spruce top. With its scalloped bracing and X-bracing pattern, combined with its choice tone woods, you get excellent projection with a balanced full warm tone.
This guitar features a modified "V" neck shape and a standard taper for a comfortable feeling neck. The 000-28EC has a 1 3/4" nut width perfect for fingerpicking or flatpicking. The ebony fingerboard gives you even more tonal articulation.
You will love the beautiful ornate appointments of this guitar. The gloss finish of the neck and body adds to the comfort and look of this gorgeous guitar.
