Pre Owned 1994 Martin J12-40 12-String Acoustic Guitar Natural With OHSC

For those that want the best of 12-string acoustics, a Martin is a great choice, of course.  However, for anyone looks for a unique one, this right here is a nice find.

The Martin J12-40 is a distinguished 12-string acoustic guitar, notable for its rare jumbo body size that delivers a powerful, resonant sound.  You don't see many of these out there, as not many were made.  

Crafted with a double-bound spruce top paired with bookmatched rosewood back and sides, it offers rich tonal complexity and projection. The mahogany neck, bound for durability, features a rosewood fingerboard adorned with detailed hexagon inlays, enhancing both playability and aesthetics.

Equipped with six inline gold tuners with ebony buttons on each side, it ensures precise tuning stability. The standard rosewood bridge contributes to excellent sustain. This guitar combines classic Martin craftsmanship with impressive volume and clarity, making it ideal for serious players.

It is in great condition, especially considering it's over 30 years old now.  The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly, and also reglued the bridge - it's very well done and stable.  The original hardshell case is included.  This is a great find for anyone that wants a high quality American-made 12-string acoustic.
