Pre Owned 97/98 Matchless 1x12 Lightning 15 Burgundy Guitar Amp Combo With Cover

A rare find as come upon us....a Matchless Lightning 15 in a super cool Burgundy tolex.   Matchless amps are hard to come by (our stock orders with them take over a year), and there typically aren't any new ones for sale, at least not for long.  On the used market, they go fast - at least they do for us.  This is the only Burgundy Lightning out there.

The Lightning 15 is a fantastic EL84 amp that pumps out 15-watts of tonal bliss. This amp was designed to give you great tone with ease. You have Treble and Bass control for EQ'ing and a Volume and Master to dial-in your desired breakup all through a powerful 12" speaker. You can get everything from chimey cleans to deliciously crispy breakup all with a fullness that will warm the heart and the ears. This amp has a more scooped midrange than other Matchless models and maintains articulation while being overdriven.  It's a legendary tone that is hard to beat.

This Lightning 15 is covered with beautiful Burgundy tolex and has gold grill cloth that matches it perfectly.   You don't definitely won't see many out there like this.  The amp is in excellent condition and has been tested to perfect working order.  In fact, it was recently service by legendary amp guru Greg Leon.  This thing is ready to go!  As an added bonus, it comes with a padded cover.  

For anyone looking for a Matchless amp, this Lightning 15 is a great score.  We don't expect to be here for long.
