Used Fender Johnny Marr Jaguar Metallic K.O. With OHSC

The Johnny Marr Jaguar is a singular instrument that provides a distinct sound, reflective of Marr's own unique style of guitar-arranging-songwriting. Having been a part of The Smiths, The The, the Pretenders, Modest Mouse, and the Cribs, as well as venturing into solo projects and collaborations, Marr's melodic, layered, and textured genius is undeniable.

Featuring a maple neck based on Marr's 1965 Jaguar, this instrument boasts a custom profile, vintage-style heel truss rod adjustment, 7.25” radius rosewood fingerboard, 22 vintage-style frets and dual custom-wound Bare Knuckle® Johnny Marr single-coil pickups. Functional upper-horn slide switches (universal bright and pickup-switch position four bright) and a four-position blade pickup switch mounted in the lower-horn chrome plate enable versatility. A Jaguar bridge with Mustang® saddles, nylon post inserts for enhanced stability and chrome cover, along with a vintage-style floating tremolo tailpiece and “taller” tremolo arm with nylon sleeve insert guarantee a practical, dependable instrument.

This one in particular came to us in pretty much perfect condition - it appears that the previous owner barely took it out of the case.  Speaking of the case, it's original, and all of the paperwork/case candy is included.  The guitar has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.  It's a great score at this price and considering how hard it is to get this model from Fender these days, this will like move fast!
