It can be regarded as a derivative of the Rockman Sustainor but it maintains a distinct character and was conceived for different applications. Widely regarded as delivering a rich tonal palette, the Distortion Generator also exhibits greater versatility across the full spectrum of distortion effects. Introduced in 1987 and manufactured until at least 1991, the Distortion Generator underwent multiple refinements, particularly concerning its Autoclean circuitry. As with the Sustainor, more recent units are generally recommended due to these functional improvements. You have a wealth of options with sliders that provide filters and different modes to provide incredible distorted versatility. This unit is in excellent condition and comes with its power adapter.
