Vintage 1966 Fender Twin Reverb Black Guitar Amp Combo #A03334

The Fender Twin Reverb is undoubtedly one of the most legendary tube amps ever made, especially the black panel era of the '60s.  We've had some great ones, and now we have an exceptional one from 1966! From the year of the Beach Boys Pet Sounds, the Beatles Revolver, and Dylan's Blonde on Blonde, this amp was born in the Fender factory in California.

A Fender Twin Reverb is one of the most legendary amps ever created.  Countless players have relied on one to get "the" sound, and it has been heard in studios and on stages across the world for decades.  To get a huge amount of clean headroom and lush reverb, there's nothing else that compares.  2 channels, dual 12" speakers, 85 watts, legendary reverb and unmatchable tone - that's what makes a Twin Reverb what it is.  It's loud, it's heavy, and it's awesome.  

Now it is an amp from 1966 and it has had some work done. The 100k Supply Resistors, 2 Bypass Capacitors, Bias Capacitors, Filter Capacitors, and 470k Plate Resistors have been replaced.

It does have the crucial original parts including original speakers and transformer. The power cord is original with a grounding adapter. It has a new aftermarket footswitch and casters and a Fender cover. We had this amp properly inspected and vetted by an outside source - an amp tech who is local L.A. legend and vintage expert.
