Up for sale is this fantastic and rare Fender Pawn Shop Bass VI in the classic finish of 3-Tone Sunburst.  This model was an instant hit for Fender, but only made for a year.  Ever since then, the used market has shown a high demand for them.  We were thrilled to take this one in.
 
The Pawn Shop Series came out in 2011, evoking the more eccentric Fender creations of the mid-'60s to mid-'70s while delivering modern sound and quality with a fascinating mix of various Fender elements. Boldly creative, these adventurous "guitars that never were but could have been" include brand-new designs and long-vanished classics returning in modern form. 
 
With a deeply satisfying rumble, the Pawn Shop Bass VI marks the revamped return of a historic Fender instrument, the Bass VI of 1961-1975. This updated version of the six-string bass classic features the traditional short scale and is armed with Special Design Hot Jaguar single-coil neck and middle pickups, and a powerful humbucking bridge pickup.  If you want tonal versatility this instrument is perfect, you can get you warm, punchy bass, and in the upper range you can even play leads!
 
These Pawn Shop Bass VI's are very hard to find and are highly-sought after. This instrument has player wear but is in very good condition (check out the photos).  It comes with a nice gig bag.  It has been vetted and setup by our top bass tech in our repair shop.  It plays like a dream and come be a dream come true for you!
