This stunning guitar blends vintage vibe with modern playability for an instrument that's as comfortable on stage as it is just simply cool. The body is crafted from a resonant 2-piece select ash with an offset seam. The quartersawn maple neck has a comfortable 1957 Soft "V" profile (.850 - .950") and is topped with a quartersawn maple fingerboard outfitted with 21 narrow tall frets for smooth, fast playing. A 7.25" to 9.5" Vintage Compound Radius helps with easy bending as you go into the upper register for lead licks. It's truly a player's guitar, made to feel broken in, and ready to get out there on the road.
The nitro lacquer finish has been given a tasteful Relic treatment, with looks great on the Aged Natural Blonde color. You get to see some the nice wood grain. This unique finish really looks great, with the gold hardware being the cherry on top for a touch of elegance.
Custom Shop Hand-Wound pickups provide exceptional tone - a Tomatillo Tele neck pickup, RWRP Ancho Poblano Strat middle pickup, and Crushed '50/'51 Blackguard bridge pickup. The 5-way blade switch and master volume and tone controls offer a wide tonal palette. Hotshot™ Tele® Wiring brings Strat versatility to this Tele - there are a load of sounds you can get out of it.
