This legendary early '60s black panel Vibrolux Reverb is an unmistakable classic. Delivering 40-watts through dual 10" speakers, it is celebrated for its rich, sparkling clean tones and exceptional reverb. As a pre-CBS Fender, it retains the original electronics without Master Volume circuits, offering authentic vintage sound. Whether driven hard on its own or paired with an overdrive pedal, it produces thick, articulate overdriven tones. This amp has undergone carefully selected maintenance to ensure optimal performance over its 60-year lifespan. The amp comes with its original Oxford speakers but they have been re-coned. Key components such as all filter caps and electrodes have been replaced and it includes a 3-prong power cord. The back panel chassis had holes drilled in the back for a previous unknown function but have been plugged up.  The transformer and all remaining parts remain original. 

This vintage Vibrolux remains in good condition given its age - obviously it has wear (see photos) but that part of the vibe.  It also has the word "TREES" stenciled on the top, adding to the character.

The amp has been thoroughly inspected and tested by our expert vintage amp technician.  Rarely available, this exceptional example won’t stay on the market for long.
