Pre Owned 2008 Fender American Vintage Hot Rod '52 Tele Butterscotch Blonde With OHSC

Some like it hot, some like it vintage, here's one for those who like both. This Fender American Vintage Hot Rod '52 Telecaster blends timeless design with enhanced playability and tonal versatility, but wholly a Tele through and through. This model was only made for 6 years and has been in high demand ever since.
You get a solid single-cut Ash body in tasty Butterscotch Blonde. It's a thin-skin nitrocellulose laquer finish that lets the wood breathe and ages perfectly. The neck is the same but features a satin nitrocellulose finished back for smooth playability. Speaking of that, it has a classic "U" shaped maple neck with a flatter 9.5" radius fingerboard and medium jumbo frets. This delivers a comfortable vintage feel combined with modern playability. Black dot inlays complete this authentic vintage look.
This Tele is packed with a winning pickup configuration that includes a Seymour Duncan mini humbucking neck pickup paired with a single-coil bridge pickup. This gives you warmer thicker tones from the neck pickup with an articulate, twangy single-coil from the bridge pickup. This is a great combination and largely why this model became a hit.
With its intonatable bridge and compensated brass saddles, you get precise tuning and improved sustain. You also get 6-in-Line American Vintage tuners, knurled dome knobs and a classic 1-ply black bakelite pickguard.
The original hardshell case is included. The guitar is excellent shape, almost mint other than a small chip on the heel. It's been has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop and is ready for its next home. We don't see many of these coming in, and we expect to going out soon!
