In the market for a unique bass that will grab everyone's attention the moment it comes out of its case? Try this Hallmark by Shade Swept-Wing Reissue. These are very hard to come by, and we were thrilled to see this one come in the door.
Crank up the Swept-Wing and you're in business fast! The exclusive Swept-Wing® body design is like nothing else out there. This bass has a mahogany body and a one-piece bolt-on maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. The ultra-fast feel with complete access to all upper fret ranges is a pleasure to play, especially with it being a 30" scale length.
Other features inclued the chrome-plated Roller Bridge, Rosewood "tone bar" stop-tail piece for added tone, exclusive Super Hot pickup, and simple control layout. It has a unique tone and feel, and of course looks uniquely singular in a world full of "normal" basses.
The bass is all original, except for one control pot replaced, and includes the original hardshell case (very important for a unique shape like this). Of course, the sticker on the pickguard was added by the previous owner. It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop. You're unlikely to find another like this, especially in such great shape. We recommend not hesitating!
