The Mayones Duvell Elite 6 is a truly stunning masterpiece of musical engineering.  Now, for southpaws that want to get down to the depths of baritone brutality, we have a special guitar to present:  this unbelievable Duvell Elite 6 B27 Baritone in Monolith Black Matte.  It's dark, just as it should be.  This is a guitar that we spec'ed out ourselves, and it's the only one out there like it.

Featuring an exotic combination of power and balance, this guitar is an ideal option for hard hitting riffs and creating harmonious melodies. With its killer looks, this magnificent instrument of music will no doubt be a showstopper.

It's a Black Limba body with a Monolith Black Matte finish that shows the wood grain nicely.  It can be hard to see in the photos, but you feel it - the guitar has a bit of a raw vibe, as opposed to the normal gloss.  We see this finish as being perfect for a guitar like this.  It's a 27" scale baritone, with 24 stainless frets on the Wenge/Purpleheart neck that's capped with a great Ebony fretboard.  You get full access to two actives, with a 16" radius for supreme bending capabilities.  You'll notice that there are no inlays on the fretboard - we kept it simple.  The side of the neck does have Luminly Super Blue dots, so you'll be able to see where you're on while on stage, no matter how dark the venue is.

The double humbucker configuration is perfect for a guitar like this, and you get pure tone thanks to the Warpig set made by Bare Knuckle Pickups.  These are extremely high output humbuckers with raw, guttural tone and smooth high-end.  They were initially conceived as an all-out extreme metal humbucker capable of seriously dark and saturated tones. However it soon found uses as diverse as jazz and fusion.   The twin screw coil design produces an even and controlled treble response, working well with intense levels of gain. Bass and mid-range response is monstrous and the different magnet options allow for the tone to be further refined to taste.  The Alnico V magnet in the neck pickup creates the smoothest high-end with a totally organic mid range grind and deep bottom-end. For players looking for even more output, the ceramic magnet in the bridge pickup delivers faster bass reaction, smoother mids and a sharper cut in the highs.  As stated by Bare Knuckle themselves, these pickups are particularly well suited to double cut solid-body/bolt-on neck guitars or lighter weight instruments that require a fuller, more aggressive tone.

You aren't getting this to play yacht rock or country licks - you're getting this for an entirely different reason - though you could use this guitar for a variety of styles, not just metal.  Fusion and jazz players may fall in love as well.
