Used And Vintage Electric Guitars

We have a rare bird that flew into Truetone - a vintage 1966 Fender Musicmaster II.  It's the epitome of simplicity. With one single-coil pickup, volume and tone you have all need for your sound.

The Fender Musicmaster II, released during the CBS takeover, mirrored the design of the 1956 version, but with a longer scale length. It came with one single coil neck pickup from the factory, yet many have been modified to include bridge pickups.  This one has been kep as it was originally intended.  It's all original - including the finish, which is quite stunning on this one.  It's lacquer, and has aged beautifully.  The patina is really amazing.  Be sure to check out the photos to see everything.  This one is in Olympic White, the more desirable version (compared to Dakota Red, which is what's seen out there more often).

This guitar features an alder slab body with maple neck and rosewood fingerboard.  It plays great, especially after being setup by our resident offset specialist in the repair shop - we gave it to him speficially to dial in, as he's the expert on guitars like this.

This guitar is in good condition - with all of the wear and vibe you'd want out of a vintage piece like this.  The original case is long gone; this one came to us in a gig bag.  You won't find many of these out there, especially not ones as cool as this.
