If you're looking for the cream of the crop of a semi-hollow legend, we just took in this incredible Gibson Custom Shop 50th Anniversary ES-335. This guitar celebrates 50 years of legendary tone, look, and feel all with detailed specifications that are historically accurate.
The Gibson ES-335 comes with its double-cut semi-hollow maple body with a solid center block. This resonant body provides warm tones that are articulate with plenty of sustain. The one-piece mahogany neck comes with a vintage-style neck profile that is a bit thicker and comfortable in the hands. Both the neck and body are bound with vintage-style cream binding. It features a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets. The headstock is adorned with iconic Gibson logo and crown inlay.
With its set of '57 Classic humbuckers you get the distinct punch and warm tones that have made these guitars legendary. This is an instrument that is not limited to any playing style or amp settings. They are perfect at delivering rich clean tones and blissful overdriven crunch and thanks to its body design can handle higher gain settings. You're in complete control of your tones with its individual volume and tone controls for each pickup and pickup selector.
This limited edition ES-335 also includes period-correct hardware such as its stopbar tailpiece, tune-o-matic bridge which gives you excellent sustain and intonation. Stay in tune with ease with its vintage-style Gibson deluxe tuners with pearloid buttons.
