This is a Silvertone Model 1448 Guitar and Amp Combo.  One of the most clever and well-known concepts in the early ’60s guitar boom was the Silvertone Amp-in-case line. For well under $100, you could get a guitar that came in a case featuring a 5-watt tube amp built right in. Just open the case halfway, stand it up, switch it on, and wail. 

This Silvertone guitar from the '60s has a great offset body, stylish headstock, and of course a classic Silvertone lipstick pickup, which gives you a brighter articulation than regular single-coil pickups. This decades old classic is in rock solid condition and ready to rock.  The guitar has been fully set up, and plays beautifully, giving you a classic sound and tone.  

The amp works fine (a rare find for these).  Does it give you the power of a full Marshall stack?  No, but that's not why you're lookingat this!  The amp actually sounds surprisingly good and provides the opportunity to have an all-encompassing package!
