It features 5-ply mahogany/rosewood neck and ebony fingerboard, which provides excellent playability and response.

With Yamaha's Acoustic Resonance Enhancement technology, it has an aged tone typically found in older acoustics. Equally at home with strumming, picking, or fingerpicking, the LL56 provides a wide range of beautiful sounds, thanks to its body size and well-matched tone woods.
