The Revstar has a lightweight, double-cut chambered mahogany body with a bound maple top that delivers warm and resonant tones. The body comes with a striking Swift Blue finish on the top. It comes with a carbon-reinforced set neck that ensures stability and upper-fret access. The bounded neck has a rosewood fingerboard with a 12" radius and unique small round block inlays with 22 jumbo frets and a black nut. The body also comes with an angular cream pickguard.

Dual VP5 P-90 pickups with Alnico V magnets produce warm, organic tones ranging from clean jazz textures to aggressive overdriven tones. With just a Volume and Tone knobs you can easily dial-in your favorite sounds with plenty of features. Its 5-way switching includes a subtle phase shift for unique "in-between" sounds. The push/pull Tone control activates a passive boost that mimics overwound pickups, resulting in a darker tone with increased mids and lows and a more aggressive character. The proprietary "Focus" switch adjusts resonant frequency and amplifies pickup power for enhanced tonal versatility. 

Hardware is important and this Revstar is packed with a Tune-o-Matic bridge, die-cast tuners, and stylish trapeze tailpiece. This Yamaha RevStar Standard RSS-2T is in excellent condition and comes with a hardshell case.  Setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, this one is ready to roll.
