The Fender Jazz Bass is easily one of the most played basses ever, and for good reason, it is an indispensable instruments to getting you the low end tones for any style of music. Here for sale is this Fender American Series Jazz Bass in a uniquely cool Chrome Silver finish.This bass hails from 2004 and was made in the legendary factory in Corona, California.
This Jazz Bass comes with a sleek contoured alder body with a luxurious finish, complimented with a black pickguard, black pickup covers, and black control knobs. The looks both modern and classic. The maple neck has a comfy Modern "C" neck profile and comes with a rosewood fingerboard with medium jumbo frets. It's easy to play and will make you want to avoid ever putting it down. Over the top? Perhaps. But seriously, it's a great feeling bass.
The heart of it is pair of American Single-Coil Jazz Bass pickups. They give you the thick tones with articulation that you want and paired with the S1 switching even more tones are available. The S1 switching allows you to run the pickups in series or parallel. With this you can even thicker humbucker-like tones.
The comes with a modern style upgrade bridge: the 4-Saddle Strings-Thru-Body with Individually Adjustable Saddles version, for excellent tone, sustain, and tuning stability.
