Used 2022 Gibson ES-345 Cherry With OHSC

Are you ready for a legendary Gibson semi-hollow body - if so, here's this ES-345 in the luscious Cherry finish.  We don't see many of these coming through, especially ones as nice as this.  The Gibson ES-345 brings you iconic tones, time-honored construction and incredible feel.

The Gibson ES-345 is a semi-hollow thin archtop constructed of maple and poplar tone woods. Its body is resonant with rich, warm tones.  The guitar looks and plays like the more well-known ES-335, but enhanced, and has a great vintage vibe.  Featuring the original '64 Split Parallelogram fingerboard inlays and multi-ply cream body binding, this guitar replaces the 6-way Varitone circuit and stereo outputs with a traditional two-volume, two-tone control layout and a fast 3-way toggle switch. The highlight is the handwired Calibrated T-Type pickups equipped with Orange Drop capacitors, delivering a rich, nuanced tone that rivals some of the finest Thinlines ever crafted. 

 

The Gibson ES-345 boasts a '50s-style Rounded "C" mahogany neck, offering a thicker profile compared to the '60s SlimTaper design. This neck is set into a 3-ply maple-poplar archtop body reinforced with bold Adirondack spruce bracing, delivering exceptional tone and responsiveness.  The guitar is quite comfortable to play - it's one that you won't want to put down.

 

Equipped with Gibson’s renowned ABR-1 TOM bridge and aluminum stopbar for improved stability and sustain, this guitar has everything you'd expect and want for hardware.  The one mod that was made by the previous owner is that it has aftermarket Kluson locking tuners.  Everything else is original, including the case.

This ES-345 is in excellent condition - it's a clean one - and has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.  It's a great find!
