We just took this one, and we're blown away as soon as we pulled it out of the case. This is a 7-string hardtail double humbucker beast of a guitar, in a super cool Lime Burst finish.
The guitar features a resonant Mahogany body capped with a striking Flame Maple top, framed by natural masked binding. The Lime Burst gloss finish really accents the wood grain. With a 25.5" scale length, the maple neck and fingerboard is super comfortable to play, especially with the Extra Thin U profile. You'll be able to bend without worrying about fretting out, as this guitar has a nice flat 12" radius. 24 stainless steel frets, a bone nut and a satin finish round out the neck specs.
Of course, sound wise, this guitar straight kills. It's loaded with EMG pickups (85-7X in the neck position and 81-7X in the bridge position). Building on the legendary 81 & 85 pickup set that has shaped modern metal, these pickups feature the advanced X preamp for enhanced output, power, and clarity. This guitar effortlessly slices through thick mixes with precision, delivering an exceptional tone that remains tight and dynamic even under heavy distortion. Its performance through gain is remarkable, maintaining clarity and responsiveness no matter the intensity of your playing. You also get a push pull pot to activate the boost, taking it to the next level. That's what the second knob does - when pulled up, it controls the level of the boost (when pushed down, it's disengaged - there's no tone knob on this guitar).
Gold hardware accents the finish nicely. You get a Hipshot fixed bridge, Sperzel Trem-Lok tuners and Dunlop strap locks.
This guitar is in excellent condition - the previous owner keept it super clean. It comes with the original hardshell case, certificate of authenticity and paperwork. The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly, which is really important with a guitar like this. It's ready to go.
