Used Gibson J-180EC Ebony Acoustic Electric Guitar With OHSC

If you're looking for a rare Gibson acoustic electric we have this special one here. That's right its a Gibson J-180EC in Ebony but it is not the Everly brothers version which is still in production, this is harder to find version with a cutaway for your comfort.
Some call it a mini jumbo, but there's nothing mini about it's sound - this acoustic is rich, projects quite well, and has a warm tone that any strummer will love. The J-180EC lives in a unique space within Gibson's history of amazing acoustic guitars. You don't see many out there, especially in this color (usually they are Natural). And when you do, they go fast.
This model was produced from 1997-2003 and brings you one of the most dynamic compact jumbo acoustic electrics Gibson has ever made. You get a spruce top matched with maple back and sides to give you a tonewood combination that has a lot of projection, sparkle on the top end and that Gibson midrange. It comes in the ever-cool Ebony finish and an abalone rosette inlay. The set maple neck has a comfortable "C" neck shape with a rosewood fingerboard with position dots. The distinct mustache rosewood bridge provides sustain, good intonation, and stability. It comes with a set of a gold Grover tuners which make it easy to tune up and stay in tune.
Enjoy your acoustic tone amplified with its Fishman Prefix Plus pickup system. This pickup system gives you plenty of control over your plugged in tone with a 3-Band EQ, Notch and Frequency scooping selection.
This guitar is a real find since they do not make it anymore. It sounds amazing, feels great and it is in good condition. The techs in our shop have it setup to play perfectly. The original hardshell case is included.
