The Colordriver is based on the Colorsound Power Boost a great 18-volt beast of a pedal that gave incredibly fat tone via BC184 transistors. This US Made Colordriver gives you all the great tone with one very large improvement, a Master Volume! This takes the classic and gives it incredible versatility of use. This powerful booster truly shows you what your amp can do as well as other pedals. Push hard to get everything from clean boost to overdriven and fuzzy tones. You want killer Beck type overdrive crank the gain and push the master volume a ting over unity and watch your guitar tone explode. You want to push your amp for a fuller tone but still pretty clean, back the gain way off, and push the master all the way BOOM. You want to push a Big Muff for a David Gilmour transparent solo tone, push the master volume up in the Muff. This pedal is in excellent condition.
