Pre Owned 1991 Fender American Vintage 1952 Telecaster Butterscotch Blonde With OHSC

Crafted in 1991, this American Vintage '52 Telecaster exemplifies Fender's commitment to making killer guitars during the early reissue era.
The instrument features a resonant ash body finished in Butterscotch Blonde, paired with a classic maple neck that sports a profile that recalls the original design philosophy. Equipped with upgraded single-coil pickups, it produces the bright, cutting tones synonymous with classic Telecaster sounds. It's an exceptional choice for those seeking vintage character with proven durability.
A classic Telecaster bridge with three brass saddles helps to bring the twang. You also get vintage style tuners, string tree and knobs. And, of course, it's a single-ply black pickguard to complete the iconic look. That pickguard, bridge and pickups are aftermarket, which the pickups being the star of the show. This guitar has a nicely upgraded set. They are pre-2002 Seymour Duncan STL-1 Vintage '54 Lead bridge pickup (measured at 7.4k) and a Seymour Duncan STR-1 Rhythm neck pickup (measured at 6.3k). Of course they sound amazing - you get classic Tele tone with a balanced set that proves to be quite versatile.
The original hardshell case is included. The guitar is in good condition, with some wear all over it, especially on the bottom side (butt) of the body. If you're looking for a minty fresh piece, this isn't it - but if you want a Tele to throw around, take out on the town, and perhaps give a good thrashing too, this is a great choice. The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly, and it's ready to go.
Made in the first few years of the revived American Vintage line, This is a highly desirable pieces for collectors and players, as this run is often noted for excellent build and tone. It's a nice find for sure.
