Treat yourself to the standard of what a great guitar is with this 2003 Fender Standard Stratocaster! This guitar is packed with all the iconic features that have made this guitar a legend. This more than just a capable workhorse it's the standard other instruments are measured against.  This one in particular has been modified nicely, with a great trio of pickups.  Read below, but surely you'll notice in the photos that these aren't normal single coil pickups - this guitar has three humbuckers, making it different than any other Strat we have right now.

The double-cut alder body provides balanced resonance, while the maple fingerboard offers bright articulation and durability. With 21 medium jumbo frets and a modern "C" neck profile, this instrument accommodates both traditional and contemporary playing styles. You get classic black dots to navigate the maple fingerboard, which has a 9.5" radius.

The HSS configuration delivers sonic flexibility; the bridge humbucker supplies aggressive midrange and output for rhythm work and lead sustain, while the neck and middle single-coils maintain traditional Strat clarity and snap. This one comes with a player upgrade of a Seymour Duncan pickups.  You get a SJBJ humbucker in the bridge, a SL59 in the neck and a SHR-1N in the middle position.  For more on those pickups, here you go:
  • The SJBJ JR Jr. is a high output humbucker that is the sized of a regular single-coil, designed to drop in the bridge position on a strat.  You get a lot of punch and power, with a balanced response.
  • The SL59, known as the Little '59 Strat pickup, gives you a balanced P.A.F. like response for increased power and tonal options.
  • The SHR-1 is the Hot Rails for Strat to get if you want a single coil sized humbucker, bringing big sounds and a great balance to your tone.

Easily find your sounds with a Master Volume, two Tone controls, and a 5-way selector.  The vintage-style synchronized tremolo system ensures stable tuning during pitch modulation. Stay in tune with solid die-cast tuners.  As an added bonus, this Standard Strat comes with an aftermarket hardshell case.

This guitar is in excellent condition and has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.  It's a great score!
