Introducing the all-new  Ball Family Reserve Luke 4 HSS.  Limited to just 150 units worldwide, each guitar comes with a tremolo cover signed by Steve Lukather and a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Ball family is the last of a dying breed, a family business making premium guitars and basses on the California central coast since 1984. Sterling Ball, alongside his sons Brian and Scott, combine the laser precision of robotics and old-world hand craftsmanship to develop innovative instrument designs that push the boundaries of performance and playability.

Ball Family Reserve is a celebration of their heritage in instrument craftsmanship, featuring some of the finest figured tone woods and finishes available. These rare pieces are offered in limited production runs and allow them to present instruments to the public that were previously reserved for family and loyal artists.

The BFR Luke 4 HSS features an okoume body with a flame maple top in an exclusive Green Tide finish, paired with a white figured maple neck, ebony fretboard, and a matching Green Tide headstock.  It's truly stunning - look at the photos to be captivated.

It is equipped with Music Man HT pickups in an HSS configuration, complemented by the Music Man Silent Circuit to minimize hum from the single-coil pickups. Additional features include an adjustable 12dB gain boost and a double-locking tremolo system for exceptional tuning stability during aggressive playing.

Highlights:

  • Exclusive Green Tide Finish - This BFR Luke 4 features an Okoume body with a dark trans blue finish on the back and a flamed maple top finished in Green Tide.
  • Figured Maple Neck - Each neck is crafted using a highly figured piece of white maple, an ebony fretboard and the headstock is painted to match the body.
  • Autographed by Steve Lukather - Each instrument is hand-signed by Steve Lukather and includes a numbered certificate of authenticity.
