Regius Core is the archtop variant of the Regius, Mayones' flagship model. It is a luxurious neck-through-body instrument, with superb stability and sustain...with unbelievable looks as a bonus.  The Gloss Trans Graphite finish on this one in particular is particularly cool.  The body is super resonant Swamp Ash, with a premium AAA Flame Maple Top.  The neck is a Maple-Mahogany-Wenge-Amazakoe 11-ply masterpiece, topped with an Ebony fretboard featuring a 16" radius and stainless steel frets.  The body, neck and headstock are all bound with a very interesting 3 ply binding that really sets it off.


Of course it's not just about looks and feel - it's what comes out of the guitar that really matters.  This Regius Core 6 features Bareknuckle TKO 6 pickups, which unleash the fury with all of the punch and power you could want out of a dual humbucker guitar.   These pickups give you a full frequency range and very dynamic response.  The TKO's are aggressive through gain but also cleans up beautifully when needed, and well balanced, creating a truly versatile set of pickups. To help protect your tone, it has the Mayones Treble Bleed mod.  

Other features include a Hipshot bridge, Hipshot GripLock tuners, a Black Tusq Graphtech nut, and Schaller Security Locks.  Full specs are listed below.  As an added bonus, it comes with a nice hardshell case, newly designed for Mayones.  Also included is a Certificate of Authenticity and all paperwork.
