Used And Vintage

If you're looking for a powerful vintage amp that has plenty of clean headroom and pumps out 50-watts of tone you will love this Fender Bassman Ten from the Silverface era.  We couldn't determine the exact year but based on the serial number, we believe it to be from 1972 or perhaps 1973.  It's one you don't see very often, but for those that know, this beast is amazing.

You get a 6L6 beast that gives you rich clean tones that pack a punch. You get four inputs with two channels. The Bass/Normal channel features Volume, Treble, Bass and a "Deep" switch that gives you even more bass response. The Bass/Studio channel has Volume, Bass, Treble, Middle controls with a "Bright" switch to give you even more top end. This being a '70s-era Silverface Fender Bassman you also get a Master Volume for both channels. This allows to crank up and get some deep overdriven tones.

This amp comes with a set of four 10" speakers to give you plenty of tonal power. Since it has plenty of clean headroom it takes to the next level.  This amp is perfect for those who want a rarer amp that has no tonal limits.

What we have here is a mostly all-original Bassman Ten - the speakers were replaced by Jensens, which was done because they sound better in the amp than the originals.  All of the capacitors were replaced well.  This was all done by legendary local L.A. amp guru Greg Leon.  It came straight from him to us, and is now ready for you.

This one in good condition especially considering that it's over 50 years old.  It's ready for the next 50 years!

Serial Number: A 64873
