Sing like a hummingbird sting like a 5-string Ray with this low-end classic, the Ernie Ball Sting Ray 5H in Black Sparkle from the year 2000! The StingRay 5 is a powerhouse of low-end punch with 5-string range, guaranteed to bring punch and sizzle to the stage.

This bass comes with a contoured select hardwood body in a striking finish with matching headstock that catches every stage light. Its got a "C" shaped maple neck and fretboard provide a snappy, bright response and an incredibly smooth playing feel. 

At the heart of its sound is a single Music Man humbucking pickup with alnico magnets, paired with a massive chrome-plated hardened steel bridge. The controls include a 3-band active EQ (bass, mid, and treble) and a 3-way lever switch that allows for series, parallel, and single-coil (with phantom coil) wiring.

You've got a massive rock solid bridge high-quality open gear tuners to keep you in tune, with sustain, and good intonation. This hardware configuration delivers that signature "mwah" and growl that made the StingRay a staple in funk and rock history.

This bass is in good condition with normal player wear but nothing major, and looking nice considering it's over a quarter century old now.  It comes with its original hardshell case.  Setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, this Stingray is ready to go.
