Pre-Owned '07 Gibson Custom Shop Inspired by Series John Lennon Les Paul Junior Aged Faded Cherry W OHSC

The Gibson Les Paul Junior began is 1954, as simpler model of the Les Paul. You get a slab single-cut mahogany body which is quite compact and feels comfortable. The set mahogany neck comes with a "C" profile, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets with dot inlays, and smooth finish. 

John Lennon's own Les Paul Junior came with a standard dog-ear P90 in the bridge position, which gives you thick, punchy single-coil tones. But his also came with a modification of a Charlie Christian pickup in the neck position. This pickup was put in "upside" down and presented a whole new selection of tones. You get a more rounded sound from this pickup with a bit more top end. This guitar is the epitome of simplicity with a master volume, master tone, and 3-way pickup selector to let you easily dial-in your desired tones. This guitar is perfect for clean or distorted settings. The iconic hardware is also present on this legendary instrument. You get stopbar tailpiece and tune-o-matic bridge. 

There were only 300 of these guitars made during this run so they are quite limited. Whether you're a player looking for iconic tones or a collector of fine instruments, this is a stellar instrument to have.

This guitar is in excellent condition and comes with its original hardshell case and thats all. No paperwork, C of A or anything aside from he guitar and case. \
