This powerful EL-34 amp was designed to bring you the best tones of classic British amps with the balance of edge and clarity. Flex the ovedriven cartilage and muscle of this amp with any playing style, anytime.

The Carr Hammerhead MK II is a 28-Watt EL-34 hand-wired Class A amp with plenty of control. You get a Master Volume and Volume to control your level of gain. Keep Volume low for cleaner tones while a wide open Volume gives you luscious overdriven tones. Adjust the Master Volume accordingly. With its Impact and Grip knobs you get a set of unique controls for deep tone sculpting. The Impact knob allows 4 different response settings ranging from flat response, high treble like a 60s black panel Fender, high treble upper mids like early 70s metal British amps, or late 60s British with high treble and full midrange. The Grip knob allows to dial-in preamp gain.
