Pre Owned Collings UC2 Koa Ukulele With OHSC

Made by renowned builder Bill Collings, here is this exquisite ukulele, this Collings UC2 Koa.  This is definitely not something you'll see every day, whether you're a fan of Collings or a ukulele aficionado (or both).  This Collings ukulele is an all koa masterpiece that give you impressive tone, quality construction, and exceptional feel.  And, from what we were told, this one was actually built by Bill Collings himself.

This ukulele features a a beautiful resonant all-solid Koa body. The top, back, and sides are all book-matched to perfection with an incredible flame, the koa grain is a real knockout. The body and neck are wonderfully bound giving it an incredible look and tone. There is a rosewood veneer on the headstock with traditional friction tuners and a simple, traditional yet stylish rosette.

This Collings UC2 Koa concert uke projects great tones with ease thanks to its excellent construction with bracings that really let the body resonate. The neck is quite comfortable with a smooth gloss feel, a 1 3/8" nut width with a "C" neck profile. The rosewood fingerboard really warms the tone with a 12" radius. The rosewood bridge keeps the tension and gives ample sustain and tone. 

All in all this is a masterful instrument built by one of the premier luthiers. This Collings UC2 Koa concert ukulele is in excellent condition and comes with its hardshell case.  It's a unique piece to have here, but we don't think it will be here long at all.
