Are you ready for signature amp from two of the greats? Here's this powerful Magnatone Slash Signature SL-100 Head and Cab! It's something you will rarely see, especially in the incredible Iridescent Green tolex, personally selected by the man himself.. It's the most power Magnatone made to date, designed to the specifications of Slash. This is a 100-watt tube powerhouse with no compromises, with one of the coolest looks we've seen for such a rig.
Not only that, only 100 were made for the world. Truetone was fortunate to get one - but it was never on display and for sale here, as we had it pre-sold before it landed. It went to a long-time customer/collector friend of ours, and is now back as part of an estate collection. This creates a special opportunity. Each is individually number - we have # 9 right here.
The Magnatone Slash Signature SL-100 head pumps out 100-watts thanks to its quartet of EL34s and a quartet of 12AX7 preamp tubes. This classic tube combination brings you crisp, articulate cleans at lower gain settings but truly comes alive with iconic British gain and sustain when cranked up! You have the flexibility of a HI or LO gain settings. The LO setting brings you the driven tones of the 1960s stacks while the HI takes you the realm of thick saturation ala 1980s stacks, just like the ones that Slash has played through for years. You get a 4-band EQ (Bass, Middle, Treble, and Presence), and of course the ever-useful Master Volume. The head provides versatile outputs with multiple speaker outs, impedence selector, an FX loop, and gain select out for a footswitch. It is especially stylish with its gold control panel, piping, with black front tolex and iridescent green textured tolex with Slash's logo and signature on the front panel.
This amazing head is packaged with the most desired cabinet for such a tone beast, a 4x12" cabinet. This one delivers with a slight slant with four Celestion Vintage 30 12" speakers. It features a baltic birch closed back chassis for definition and excellent bass response. The cabinet features a striking lighted logo that plugs directly into the amp head.
This amp package is perfect for those who love iconic high gain amp tube tones from one of the best guitar players to ever play through them. It features Slash's insignia on the front and back panels of the head, as well as a commemorative plate. The cover for the head and a footswitch is included.
