This Martin features a Sitka spruce top paired with premium East Indian rosewood back and sides. This tonewood combination gives you plenty of warmth and top end sparkle  with excellent sustain thanks to its forward-shifted X-bracing and hand-carved scalloped design which enhances the bass response and harmonic richness.  There are not many guitars that bring the rich fullness of a dreadnought to life the way that a D-41 does.

Your hands will love the feel of its set mahogany neck with familiar neck profile. This is definitely a "don't want to put it it down" guitar.  It comes with a rosewood fingerboard with abalone inlays. The top, back, and neck are expertly bound, while the rosette and inner top binding features stunning abalone inlays. with The rosewood bridge maintains intonation and sustain. You'll stay in tune with deluxe gold open-gear tuners.
