This signature bass from Spector and Doug Wimbish of the legendary Living Colour, delivers high-quality craftmanship and tone woods with exceptional electronics, to give you a bass that is perfect for any style of music but really throws down with more aggressive styles like funk, rock, hip-hop, and metal. 

This Spector is based on Doug's custom 1987 Spector NS-2. This bass has a body made with a 3-piece maple neck-through design with maple body wings and flamed maple top with a sleek black stain gloss finish. The neck features a slim profile with a 1.5" nut width with a full 24 frets. The neck comes with a Pau Ferro fingerboard with 24 frets and adorned with signature crowns Mother Of Pearl inlays. 

You are flush with great tones with its impressive pickup configuration. You get a custom-wound EMG P/J active pickups that are just like the ones on Doug's custom NS-2.  These pickups deliver a tight low end with plenty of punch and highs. Easily find your favorite sounds with a 4-knob configuration of master volume, pickup blend, bass cut/boost, and treble cut/boost controls.

This bass has an excellent selection of hardware to keep you in tune and well intonated. The brass bridge provides mass for sustain and the saddles provide easy maintenance of intonation. The brass Spector branded Gotoh Tuners keep you in tune with ease.

This signature bass is impeccable and is in great condition.  It comes with a gig bag.  Setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, it's ready to roll.
