Pre-Owned Suhr Custom Classic S Antique Roasted HSS - Vintage Natural With Case

It's one thing to have a Suhr guitar; it is quite another another to have a fully spec'd custom Suhr. For your pleasure here is this Suhr Classic S in an HSS configuration with a tasty Antique Roasted finish. This is without a doubt a boutique masterpiece that brings you a wealth of top-end appointments built with excellent construction and attention to detail.  Everytime we get a Suhr build in here, we're impressed, and this one definitely caught our attention.

This Suhr Classic S HSS brings you a resonant Swamp Ash S-style body with beautiful grain patterns, touched with a light laquer finish that really shines but also lets the guitar breathe. This guitaris lightweight and perfect for long hours of playing.  The look is completed with a gloss black pickguard that compliments the finish. The bolt-on flamed maple neck comes with a 60's "C" Vintage Medium neck profile with a sleek satin finish, which makes it superbly easy to play. It features classic black dots for guidance and a compound radius from 9" - 12" with 22 stainless steel medium frets perfect for bends.

With its HSS configuration this Suhr provides a wide range of tones to explore. The Thornbucker humbucker in the bridge provides thick full rich tones and comes with a raw nickel cover. It is matched with a pair of Suhr V60 vintage-style single coil pickups in the middle and neck position. The middle pickup gives those classic and distinct tones only available from a 3-position S-style guitar and the neck position gives you those warmer rhythm tones. With its SSCII Silent Single-Coil System you still get the traditional single-coil bite without the 60-cycle hum. You get the familiar S-style 3-knob configuration with a 5-way selector. 

It's no surprise that this custom instrument is flushed with great hardware. You get the Wilkinson 2-post tremolo with steel blocks and 1.650" Tusq Black nut to provide excellent sustain, stability, and intonation. It's Suhr staggered locking tuners keep you in tune with ease.
