Used 1980s Fender Boxer Series Strat HH Pewter Electric Guitar With OHSC

Here we have a very unique, and very hard to find guitar - the original Fender Boxer Series Strat HH.  

Made in Japan back in the 1980's, this is a souped up rocker of a Strat.  In was a different era, and Fender was trying to compete with other brands to supply the hard rock players of the day.  One of the results was a run of guitars called the Boxer Series, featuring dual humbuckers, a locking trem, painted neck and matching headstock.

This Strat has a a super slim and fast playing neck, perfect for riffing and lead playing.  It's also nice & light, weighing in at only 7.6 lbs. This one looks like it's been on the road, used on countless gigs and played hard.  If you're looking for a perfectly clean guitar, this isn't for you - there are plenty of dings, dents, (please be sure to check out all of the photos).  But if you're looking for something that you can rock out on and add your own wear to, this is it.  Our techs have given it a full setup, so it plays great, with cleaned electronics.

Interestingly, Fender just released a reissue of this guitar, also made in Japan.  This is the original, real deal.  Comes with the original hardshell case (sorry, no trem arm).
