Used 2022 Danelectro ‘59 Shorthorn Black DC Bass with Gig Bag and Strap

Grab your great bass tones by the Shorthorn! Here's this Danelectro '59 Shorthorn DC in Black! This brings you the vintage-style thump of a Danelectro classic reborn with classic appointments and modern improvements.

You get the deep double-cutaway body and this super light masonite body which is perfect for long periods of playing and is quite resonant. This one has standard bass scale with 24 frets but the body makes it even more comfortable to play. You'll love the tone of the lipstick pickups which give you more bite and articulation. You have individual volume and tone controls for each pickup all via super cool vintage-style stacked chicken-head knobs. And if you really want to thump with this one a lot of players have put flat wound strings for a more rounder tone.

This one is in excellent condition and comes with a strap. The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly, so it's ready to go.  This is a great find at this price.
