Up for sale is this exquisite Emerald Guitars Solace.  Never seen one of these?  Same here, until this one came in - and we were seriously blown away.  It's been a while since an instrument widened our eyes as much as this one.

This guitar was a labor of love from builder Alistair. It comes with both Ghost Piezo and K&K Pure Mini pickups, giving you a wide variety of tones. You great tuning stability with Gotoh 510 tuners and Carbon Bridge Fully Adjustable for Height and Intonation.

In 2020, amidst a global lockdown, Alistair began creating the inaugural Emerald Acoustic Lap Steel Slide Guitar. This instrument, known as Solace, served as a source of solace and innovation in a challenging period. After a year of improvements, Emerald Guitars was proud to introduce this exceptional instrument.

 
This Emerald Guitars Solace Weissenborn Style Acoustic Lap Steel Slide Guitar features a carbon fiber body with a hollow chamber that runs the full length of the instrument. The iconic Weissenborn shape remains faithful to its traditional design, while also incorporating unique elements from Emerald Guitars.  Inspired by Hawaiian music and surf culture, this versatile guitar is well-suited for both sweet Hawaiian melodies and edgy rock and blues. With its raised action and use of a tonebar, the Solace can produce haunting slide notes or gritty country licks. The carbon fiber construction ensures durability and stability between the body and neck, making it suitable for various open tunings commonly used by slide, Dobro, and resonator guitarists.

It's in excellent condition and has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.  The original hardshell case (high quality Hiscox) is included.  You don't see many of these around, and we don't think this one will stick around for long!

INCLUDES 2 new packs of Asher strings in the HSC (non original but nice case) and 2 tone slide bars (both in their plastic casings
