For your consideration, we have this amazing Gallagher Custom Jumbo Acoustic -  a guitar that perfectly represents the amazing quality, style and sound coming from this amazing builder.  

The guitar is based on the Gallagher Jumbo 50 but with a significant upgrade: Sinker Mahogany.  The Jumbo 50 model was first introduced at NAMM 2021 and received immediate attention as one of the best large body acoustics out there.  Some players get intimidated by jumbo's, but this one has tapers that make it surprisingly comfortable.  Of course you still get the big, rich tone and powerful projection expected by a jumbo - it definitely moves air.  It's well suited for rhythm, as expected, but it also works very well for flatpicking and fingerstyle playing.  Typically, jumbo acoustics aren't great for the latter, but this one actually is.

This particular one was custom made, utilizing Sinker Mahogany (for the top, back & sides).  The wood grain is unbelievable - and it's all offset nicely by the black binding.  

Sinker Mahogany is the product of trees that have been submerged in river waters. The old growth trees were cut down many years ago and logs settled into central and South American tributaries. It was later discovered that these sunken treasures made for unbelievable tone woods and were harvested for that purpose, sometimes using sonar to locate it.
 
The resulting guitar is a one of a kind creation that exceeds expectations in playing performance, feel, tone and beauty. This guitar is an absolute cannon, and it boasts the unique properties associated with Sinker Mahogany. It is balanced in volume across the entire fingerboard and the dynamic range is exquisite, tight lows, strong mids and a shimmering top form an overall clarity that is a joy to hear.
 
Hand-made in Tennessee, any Gallagher guitar is a true demonstration of masterful craftmanship.  This Doc Watson Signature is a great example of the build quality coming from this boutique builder.  The fit & finish is incredible, with high quality tonewoods used, and an extreme attention to detail.

This is one of the best sounding acoustics we've had in here.  It just seems to ring for ages, with an incredibly balanced sustain.  The bass is very present, and powerful, perfect for strumming.  Obviously, you'll get a big bottom end and plenty of power projection.  But that's not it - this guitar is way more versatile.  The highs sing beautifully, and the midrange is perfect for finger picking.  The guitar has a very dynamic response that covers the entire tonal spectrum.  It's also very comfortable to play with its unique neck.  We fell in love it right away, and think that you will too.

This particular instrument is in excellent condition - it appears that the previous owner barely played it.  It's all original, clean as can be, and comes with the original hardshell case.
