What's better than a 6-string Martin, when you double it with this 12-string Martin HD12-28? This is a powerhouse of a 12-string Martin dreadnaught with rich, full tones.  We carry a lot of 12-string acoustics here at Truetone, and this is one of our favorites for sure.

This Martin HD12-28 has dreadnaught body with the time-honored tonewood combination of a Sitka spruce top with East Indian Rosewood back and sides with lush gloss finish. The body powerfully projects crisp tones with incredible resonance and sustain especially with its X-bracing. This being a 12-string model you also get emblematic chimey, chorusey tones that these guitars are known for. The set neck features a solid dovetail neck joint which provides structural stability and excellent transfer of sustain and tone. The neck features a comfy wide High Performance neck profile with a rosewood fingerboard with a wide nut width at 1-13/16".   It's really easy to play, especially for a 12 string guitar.

This wonderful 12-string becomes even more versatile with an upgrade of a Fishman Rare Earth Magnetic Pickup that transforms this acoustic 12-string into an acoustic electric. Plug and play anywhere you want and hear the glorious tones of this fine instrument.
