At Truetone, there are a lot amazing acoustics, and now we have an incredible Taylor 12-string with this Builder's Edition 652ce!  Of all of the 12-string acoustics we have here, this might be the best and easiest to play.

We just took this one in, which was built this year and was a brand new guitar here at Truetone just a few months ago.  We sold it to one of our favorite customers, who keeps all of his gear in pristine shape.  It was played just a couple of times and then traded in - so what you're looking at is essentially a new guitar at a great price.

Part of the esteemed Builder’s Edition series, this 652ce 12-string is crafted for modern acoustic players seeking rich, complex tones. Featuring figured Big Leaf maple back and sides paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top, it delivers a bright, focused sound with octave-rich shimmer. The innovative V-Class bracing enhances sustain and tonal depth, while the reversed string orientation adds punch and warmth by positioning the fundamental string atop each pair. Its advanced double-mounted string anchor ensures precise intonation, making this guitar a versatile and inspiring instrument for expanding your musical expression.

Taylor’s unique roasting technique enhances the torrefied spruce top, producing a matured, sweeter tone. WIth its 12-fret design, it positions the bridge nearer the center of the lower bout, boosting midrange presence and offering a more relaxed, comfortable feel. This 652ce combines robust tones with refined playability, featuring chamfered body and fretboard edges, a smooth Curve Wing bridge, and beveled armrest and cutaway for seamless player-instrument interaction. Finished in a subtle Silent Satin edgeburst, it also showcases elegant Scepter inlays in shell and mother-of-pearl.
