If you want something different, here's fun one - a fully hollow bass from the 1960s, made in Japan.  It's quite the interesting instrument.  We present the Bruno Royal Artist here, ready to go for your enjoyment.

This bass leans more toward the Mosrite-style offset shapes of the era than a standard bass.  A hollow body with single coils gives you a woody, punchy sound with a quick attack. It sits nicely in a mix for garage, surf, early rock and roll or anything where you want a vintage tone that isn't too clean. These were sold in the US by C. Bruno & Sons under their house brand, Royal Artist, and have become rather desirable as they can be hard to find.

Outfitted with bright, powerful single-coil pickups that give you a punchy vintage tone, this bass sounds wonderful for a variety of styles (perhaps not funk or metal, but definitely could be use for other genres).

The bass is in good condition, especially considering it's age.  The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly, and it's ready to roll, with flatwound strings and the bridge cover/mute installed (which can easily be taken off).  Take a step back through time and land in the 60's with this sweet bass.
