This is the double-cut semi-hollow body that was made for high performance. And it is dripping with style! You will rarely find this exact model in this super cool color, especially one as nice as this.
The Gretsch Silver Jet Sparkle has a double-cut chambered mahogany body that is more compact than most Gretsch guitars but is still quite resonant. It has an eye-catching bounded sparkle top that is as vibrant in sight and sound. The mahogany neck has comfortable slim 60s profile with an ebony fingerboard with pearloid thumbnail inlays.
Hear the power of it pair of Filter'Tron humbucking pickups that give you the thickest of Gretsch tones while still maintaining its semi-hollow charm. This guitar is equally suited for clean or distorted playing settings.
This Sparkle Jet is a real vintage gem with its original roller bridge and Burns licensed tremolo system, a brief departure from the Bigsby's, which gives you a unique feel for pitch-bending. The tuners are its vintage open-gear tuners for a classic feel. You've got the classic controls of Master Volume, Individual pickup volumes, and standby on the treble side, and on the bass horn you've got the pickup selector and Master tone selector.
